The 12 hour trip

The entire trip to Vegas including the layover took 12 hours. Not being use to the wait, 12 hours can seem like an eternity. The first 5 hours weren’t so bad because it was on the red eye to San Francisco. However, the wait in the boarding area for 5 hours became excruciating. After eating breakfast, seeing the children’s play area, going to the bathroom, and reading our book we soon realize that only 1 hour had passed. Boredom can kill you. Meanwhile, Quincy seemed to have the time of his life by amusing himself on his computer for the entire 5 hours. After the 5 hours we finally boarded the plane for Vegas and were on our way. The 2 hour flight from San Fran. to Vegas was easy and we actually arrived a little earlier.
