Lumahai Beach

I seen this beach on instagram. I thought it was so amazing, it was. From Limahuli Gardens, we drove back towards Hanalei. Thoughts of Lumahai Beach crossed my mind. On a hunch, I had a feeling it would be at the end of the stream. As we crossed over a bridge, the feeling got stronger. We just had to stop and do it.

We parked. A lot of locals were at this beach. As we walked down I was impressed. The water was green and converged with the ocean. The water was stream water and was freezing cold. Michelle walked on the white sand which went on forever.

The kids played in the water and I tried to take the money shot, which really didn't happen. But what an experience.
