Running in Texas

Running in Texas

It was in the 40s. Needless to say it was super cold. On the second day of the trip I decided to go for a run. I put on my sweat jacket and sweat pants and stepped outside. It was cold, but I felt that I would be okay after a good warm up. Five minutes into the run, my hands were numb, I couldn't feel them. Fifteen minutes into the run, my knees were aching probably because there were no circulation. Though it was cold, I did enjoy the beauty of Lake Grapevine near the Gaylord Texan. I didn't take a picture, but I know what it means when people describe, "beauty on the lake".
